Process Leading to the Development of Original Products
- All opportunities are taken advantage of to garner what the client desires. Client wishes are then accommodated to the degree possible.
- After conferring directly with the client on the product to be developed, the concept and needs surrounding the product in question are clarified and budgetary details are discussed.
- Product functionality is pursued based on the client's wishes, and materials selection and design are carried out in such a way that the product can be realized at the lowest allowable cost.
- In addition to confirming the product concept, associated needs and budget with the client, we also verify the ease-of-use and health and safety aspects of the product, as well as whether or not the product infringes on any laws or regulations, including patents. Simultaneously, a sample is promptly produced through coordinating with the client.
- Design reviews are repeatedly carried out in line with ISO procedures, and sample evaluation are carried out repeatedly alongside the client for the purpose of determining the product's specification.
- The possibility of manufacturing the product based on the established specifications sheet is investigated alongside the client from all angles. Product specifications are finalized once agreement has been reached with the client.
- A production test commences to verify whether the product in question can be mass-produced in accordance to the client's wishes. Naturally, any requests from the client side to rectify any shortcomings based on the results of said verification are attended to immediately.
- Following the laborious process from the initial product development consultation to the actual production, after confirming with the client that a satisfactory product has been realized, full-fledged production commences.
- In order to ensure that client's satisfaction is continued after the product has been realized, endeavors are made to conduct improvements and refinements on an ongoing basis.
