Using Our Products Safely
Processing Techniques
Yamanaka Industry utilizes basic processing techniques that include ultrasonic-based welding and heat-sealing treatment. Products made through these processing methods, which serve to fuse together materials without the use of adhesive agents, are highly safe. In fact, it could be said that these methods employed are suitable for processing food products.
- Techniques Using Ultrasonic Waves
- Yamanaka Industry possesses the ability to use ultrasonic waves to bond and sever materials, as well as the ability to perform both simultaneously. This allows pinpoint bonding even for combinations of materials that are difficult to bond together using other methods. Addionally, severing (slitting) is also one of our strong suits.
- Heat-Sealing Treatment
- We are able to fully apply continuous heat-sealing processing techniques in our production process. Our unique production techniques enable the creation of original products.
- Other
- Through collaborating with partner companies, we endeavor to create new products through the joint use of shape punching and bonding techniques while simultaneously absorbing new techniques.
Safety Management Administered in the Spirit of HACCP
Yamanaka Industry engages in processing for materials used in filters for drinking use, wrapping materials, industrial materials, and other textiles. Particularly, in the case of filters for drinking use , we continue to address the issues of health and safety through a stance that captures the spirit of the HACCP.
HACCP is understood in short to represent "hazard prediction analysis." In the case of our organization, however, even of certain raw materials in question are widely recognized, all health hazards associated with said materials are predicted, and the probability that the materials will yield a hazard in the manner predicted is identified. Currently, we are working on the development of new materials that allow us to prevent such hazards based on scientific evidence.
ISO9001:2000 Certification
On February 26, 2001, Yamanaka Industry acquired the ISO9001:2000 (JIS Q 9001:2000) certification.
Based on the recognition that ISO, as a set of international standards for quality, exist for the purpose of meeting client expectations, our organization has endeavored to envelop ourselves in such a framework and further deepen our understanding of the spirit behind ISO. We intend to continue carrying that spirit forward.
