The main ingredient of TEAROAD® SOILON® NW is plant-based plastic. Its excellent uniformity allows it to combine extraction performance with prevention of powder leakage. After use, it can be recycled through composting or biogas generation, and even if incinerated, it doesn't release harmful substances such as dioxins or contribute to acid rain, making it a beverage filter designed with consideration for both people and the environment.
Characteristics
- This is a nonwoven fabric filter made primarily from plant-based plastic.
- No harmful substances are detected in hot water extraction tests. It also meets the standard criteria for food and additives under the Food Sanitation Act (No. 370).
- Under appropriate conditions, it undergoes hydrolysis and is broken down by microorganisms, ultimately transforming into water and carbon dioxide.
- Being primarily composed of renewable plant materials, it contributes to the development of a sustainable society. Consequently, it has obtained the Biodegradable Biomass Mark [No.1023].
